“We are hoping to get this mill running by 2021,” said CEO and founder of Qualit, Paul Sommers, in a press release.
“We’re hoping to bring manufacturing to the city of Tianjin, which is now under construction, which has a population of about 2 million.”
The mill, he said, will use a “stereotypical steel mill” to produce steel bars.
